How to access the B&B

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING THE B&B VIA SMARTPHONE

Before your arrival we will send you:

a link to access the Web App
your login credentials
a personal PIN code for each room booked

You can click on the link and enter your credentials.

IF THE APP DOES NOT WORK, LOG OUT AND START AGAIN

From your mobile phone you can open all the doors of the B&B.

Then proceed:
ENTER PASSWORD
.OPEN Link – APP
.ACCOUNT: guest…
.PASSWORD: …
.PIN to enter …#
.ROOM number…

NOW FIND ALL THE “BUTTONS” TO OPEN ALL THE DOORS FROM YOUR MOBILE PHONE.

Once you have opened the external door onto the street, enter the corridor, open the second door on the right, climb 3 steps and go left.
Here you will find the front door of the B&B.
From the App you can then open the entrance door and the room.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING THE B&B WITHOUT USING YOUR SMARTPHONE

– TO OPEN THE EXTERNAL DOORS OF THE BUILDING: ring the “B&B Torino Crocetta” street intercom 3 times.
– TYPE YOUR PERSONAL PIN CODE # on the keypads next to the doors to open the B&B door and the room door.
